Description

WEEN - PURE GUAVA Elektra Unofficial SOUNDS GREAT LP. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Media Mail.

WOW!! For sale is a beautiful, rare unofficial pressing of Ween - Pure Guava!! These unofficial pressings are a single black vinyl LP and date back to either the 90’s or early 2000’s and if you’re worried about an “unofficial” pressing not sounding very good, have no fear- these have exceptionally good audio quality! Far better than any of the official reissues of other Ween albums on Plain Records, this album has nice, thick warm bass slaps and clear treble, wide soundstage with no surface noise...quite dynamic and truly does sound awesome.

This is the most affordable copy of this album on vinyl that actually sounds GREAT.

FAIR OFFERS ALWAYS CONSIDERED

These were very well made, which has led some to speculate whether they were truly official or not. Alas, they are not but this is the most affordable way to get this Ween classic on vinyl as original pressings on August are exceedingly rare and expensive, and it is long OOP from Schnitzel and picking up their reissues are also quite costly now. This is a gorgeous copy with only some creasing to the sleeve...the disc is nearly flawless and plays beautifully. Detailed condition report below. See pics! Ask questions!

Sleeve: VG+

Solid sleeve has no major ring wear or writing...no tears, no seam splits and sharp opening edges. There are a couple of creases that are visible in pics. I have tried to highlight them so you know exactly what to expect.

Disc: NM-

Gorgeous glossy disc retains all of it’s sheen and has no scratches or scuffs. Wispy sleeve removal traces/hairlines only when visible under bright light. Wonderful playing copy with warm bass and very dynamic. I have not directly compared this to any official or the recent unofficial yellow vinyl that has surfaced, but it is quite nice and I’m certain you will be pleased. This disc has been cleaned using a Spin Clean, which works quite well at removing superficial light dust that had accumulated on the surface and in the grooves.

Labels: NM

Perfect “butterfly” Elektra style labels have no unwanted writing or marks...no spindle wear or evidence of play.
