WES MONTGOMERY's "Bumpin'" Remastered by Audiophile Pioneer MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LAB (508) in the 80's with the Chatsworth address and Pressed in JAPAN, is a TEST PRESSING with White Test Pressing labels with hand written info on Side A (seen in Scan 2). Most Test Pressings come in a White Jacket (which I am also selling), however this one has a regular cover making it even more interesting. Also included are the original rice sleeve and double-cardboard insert (with MFSL info) for the LP. The Cover comes in a plastic outer sleeve. Included with this cover is the original White Test Press Cover with the stamped info (Sample Record, etc.), though the info was crossed out with a ball-point pen, in NM Shape.
This and many other MFSL Test Pressings (& Regular MFSL records) I am offering are from a former MFSL employee who has confirmed that he has Rarely or Never Played most of the Test Presses (and Never Played the Mint Regular releases).

The LP is in NEAR MINT PLUS condition, and appears to have been played once with a single visible spindle mark on each label, and not a mark or scratch of any kind on the clean, glossy vinyl.

The Cover is in strong VERY GOOD PLUS condition with all seams intact but showing crinkling (which leads to semi-splits) on the top seam and just a spot or two on the title seam, while the bottom seam is pretty clean, The corners show light wear and the front and back also show light wear, with a circled "10" written on the OMR strip on the front (seen in scan) and the record number 508 written on the bottom of the back, both in light ball-point pen.
