This item comes with the original shipping container from Westwood One Radio Networks addressed to KDCD-FN, Ted Habek, 3001 W. 13th St, Joplin MO 64801.  There is some writing on the shipping box, but is cool that it has been preserved all these years.

All proceeds from the sale of this item will be donated to "Keep Live Alive Saint Louis" through the St. Louis Classic Rock Preservation Society for the benefit of the many men and women who are out of work for the past year due to the pandemic.
