Autographed on a piece of paper with information about the director and lyricist that has been affixed to the back.
Record is in enar mint condition, cover has some minor wear but still excellent condition. This is a promo copy includes a promo sheet sent to radio stations and a sticker on the Side 2 label denoting “demonstration copy”
