Hello Beatle Fans: Up for your bidding pleasure is this very nice Beatles album, entitled........ The Beatles ( AKA The White Album ) Original 1968 Apple Scranton pressing.....SWBO-101.....This album was first issued on November 24th.....1968........The vinyl is in very good +condition.......with some light scuffs & or scratches......a little bit of light surface noise in-between tracks and in softer songs...nothing too bad.........no marks.......labels nice.......plays well.....nice gloss........The gatefold jacket ( with embossed The Beatles & number ) is in very good minus condition.....with stain marks front & back......light wear.....tape on top & bottom of gatefolds..........edge wear..........comes with photos heavy stock & poster in very nice shape...........inside gatefold fairly clean....name sticker inside....As the story goes......these first pressing were issued with seven label errors.......John Lennon noticed them.......and had them corrected.....1) OBLADI OBLADA.....should read Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da.....2) Bungalow Bill........Should read......The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill.....3) Rocky Racoon.....spelled wrong on every one of these albums.....4) Why Don't We Do It In The Road...No question mark...should read.....Why Don't We Do It In The Road?......5) Revolution No. 1.....should read..... Revolution 1....6) Revolution No.9.......should read.....Revolution 9.....7) Good Night........should read............Goodnight.....There are others out there...........without photos & poster.........this is complete.........low starting bid......... No reserve.....
