SOLD AS IS - Please read description thoroughly! This LP is 28 years old and in decent condition!  There is a hole punched out on the upper right corner of the cover which indicates it is a promo.  Includes hype sticker stating "Limited Edition Glow in the Dark Vinyl." Also has a "Parental Advisory Explicit Lyrics" sticker. 
I acquired this LP from a friend who was a Program Director at his college radio station  back in 1992. Geffen Records had sent this promo copy to the station. And my friend knew I  collected unique and unusual vinyl so he gifted it to me. It has been in my record collection ever since. I have played it only 3 times: once back in '92 and twice before listing. 
LP was NOT shrink-wrapped when I received it. It was NOT in mint condition when acquired. I have done my best to keep this LP in great condition through the years. The center paper label on side 1 has some smudge marks and imperfections.  The center paper label on side 2 is in much better condition.  The inner paper sleeve is in good condition, however, there 2 areas where the seams have split. If looking at the printed lyrics side, the first split is near Rob Zombie's pic and the  other split is at bassist Sean Yseult's picture.  The cover's corners are a bit worn from years of storage.  Tiny creases along the spine and slight splitting on the cover near drummer Ivan De Prume's arm on the front cover. This album also survived the 17-hour road trip back from northern Louisiana to south Florida!
The album plays fine. No skips but I did hear a couple of pops that went away on the  second listen after a quick cleaning. It does need a good cleaning.  There's also a bit of static which is considered normal for vinyl.
