WILD GENTLEMEN, THE: Hulla Balloo Da Da Ding Dong Dang/Baby Bye Bye/Gilly Gilly/Please Don't Run Away (Pick 19-005, SWITZERLAND 1967) Obscure EP by this Swiss beatgroup from Geneva. The EP features the great "Gilly Gilly" a mix of wild freakbeat and novelty and has three more songs in the same vein. The "Gilly Gilly" single (also on Pick) turns up quite often, but the EP is very hard to find. Strict grading. Record(/Sleeve) = VG/VG+ (wol/wobc)
I use the standard grading system, so M (mint), EX (excellent), VG (very good), G (good) etc. +(+)/-(-) = slightly better/worse then... Some Abbreviations that I use: wo(b)c = writing on (back)cover; wol = writing on label; toc/tol = tape on cover/label; rw = ringwear; soc/sol = sticker on cover/label; nc = no center; co(h) = cut out (hole).
