Description
BEETHOVEN ~ THE PIANO SONATAS ~ WILHELM BACKHAUS. DECCA STEREO SXLA 6452-61. 10 RECORD SET.
Condition of the vinyl is excellent, I would say NEAR MINT.
The box does have some damage to the spine & top edge. Inside the box some discolouration to spine. But the vinyl is remarkably fresh looking & shiny & the sound is lovely, excellent timbre as you would expect from this set.
Disc 6 has what appears to be some foxing/blooming to the label only, this may clean off, please see photo 8.
Comes with a nice 26 page booklet.

It is a shame about the box cover, however this is still a nice set & the music all importantly is sublime.
