WILLIAM ONYEABOR - ATOMIC BOMB Nigeria Afro Synth Funk LP
William Onyeabor - Atomic Bomb LP
Wilfilms WRLP 1002 Nigeria 1978
Ultimate Nigerian funk bomb, this album hardly needs an introduction but if you didn't get it by now you're missing out! 'Better change your mind' is probably Onyeabor's best track across all his albums, but there is more mad synth driven goodness on this album. Check out the snippets below.
Very nice copy, vinyl looks clean (certainly for a Nigerian record as they tend to be totally beaten up) with a scuff (inaudible) on side A and a bit of crackle on the slower tracks at the beginning of side B, check out the snippets. Sleeve has some dirt on back and mild creases, very presentable. Don't sleep!
A1 Beautiful Baby
A2 Better Change Your Mind
