Description
This is the classic 1st recording of William Schuman’s Symphony #3, conducted by Eugene Ormandy. Never re-issued on CD, it’s hard to find, especially in this condition. A Blue Label Columbia, the disc is G, the cover VG. Front of jacket is unmarked and unscuffed, there is a slight seam crack along the top, but it has not separated from the rest of the jacket.
The disc plays well — there are no skips, although there are some inevitable pops (as always with Blue Labels).
