Description
WILLIE DIXON
I Am The Blues
COLUMBIA CS 9987
Extremely rare original pressing LP in jaw-dropping NM condition.
Pressed on highly coveted Columbia 2-eye 360-Sound Stereo label.
Promotional / radio station copy.
The legendary blues songwriter and arranger in his very best solo LP. Photography by the equally legendary Rolling Stones' photographer Peter Amft.
I have never seen a 2-eye copy of this recording in this condition ever before and may well never again.
Click on photo to enlarge it. Cover shows some very light and minor shelf wear. No rips, no splits. No tape, no writing. See photo. Vinyl -- in original Columbia paper sleeve -- boasts original shine, gloss and luster. It looks as if posibly unplayed. I'll easily grade at NM. All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price. Thanks for looking, please check out my other items. If you like what you see, be sure to add me to your favorites list.
