WILLIE DIXON w/ MEMPHIS SLIM piano WILLIE'S BLUES STATUS 1003 1960 LP RVG (Rudy Van Gelder) in Dead Wax This was the 1st reissue of the original Bluesville Lp. It was released the same year (1960) as the original.
VINYL: VG+ looks very strong VG+ to VG++ plays VG+
COVER: VG- heavy ring wear, edge wear, name on the back cover. Considering the edge wear I'm rathersurprised there aren't edge splits. the bottom opening corner is just starting to split by like 1/16th of an inch. I'm going to glue repair that.

VG++: Will play NM or just short of it. Will have just a very few visual marks.
VG+ : Used but not abused. Will probably have some relatively slight audible imperfections.
VG : Many only surface lines or may have a small scratch that doesn't skip. Background sound
but still enjoyable. Cover defects will be noted.
VG-: significant background sound from various defects but music always quite audible above it.
Cover has some damage that will be noted.
