Description

Aardvark 106 - 7" 45 RPM acetate

Fade Away / Bring Me Some Lovin'

This is a 7" 45 RPM acetate.  It was recorded in Denver.  The "A"-side is a primative version of Buddy Holly's rockabilly classic "Not Fade Away."  The flip is a cover of the Sam Cooke tune, done as a Gulf Coast-style ballad.  Willie Lewis recorded for Denver's Rock-A-Billy label, and also put out records on the Scandinavian Goofin' label.  However, the cuts on this acetate have never been released on vinyl.  Flip is VG to VG+.  "A"-side is in VG+ condition.
