Wilmer X was formed in 1977 in Malmö, Sweden. Heavely influenced by American artists like Bo Diddley and Jimmy Reed, and British bands like the Rolling Stones, their approach to music was to play as if under constant threat, giving them a manic energy. Through their fierce live act the group grew a solid following, especially in southern Sweden, but they did not manage to break through to the big audiences.
This was Wilmer X's 5th album; the sleeve has a small tear at the top. All five members has signed the front in ballpoint!
