Violet/White +Plus+ Label Stereo Original 1st pressing 1971 D LABEL / LABELCODE MATRIX NUMBERS EXTRAS GRADING Plus 3 Plus3 A2 & B3 Laminated Single Cover EX++/M- DESCRIPTION In January, 1971 the quartet was expanded to a quintet by the addition of vocalist Bernd Steve Leistner, fresh from Flying Carpet and Faction. It was at this point that they began calling themselves Wind. In addition to Leistner, Wind was made up of Thomas Leidenberger (guitar, vocal), Lucian Bueler (keyboards, vocal), Andreas Bueler (bass, vocal) and Lucky Schmidt (drums and percussion, piano, vibes). They made their first album, SEASONS, for the Miller International Record Company, and it was released on the +Plus+ label, at a bargain price and distributed primarily through supermarkets and gas stations. CONDITIONS RECORD: Visually both sides are deep shiney black and have all of its original gloss, seen in critical 100W light! Both sides are in EXCELLENT++ condition with only very small amount of tiny hair line marks from being removed from the inner sleeve. Both sides of this great album play without any clicks, pops or crackles. No scratches. Brilliant sound quality!!! LABELS: Both labels in EXCELLENT++ condition with only minimal spindle marks. COVER: Laminated single cover in pristine conditon!!! Rare in this condition! No tape. No splits. No writings, no stamps, no stickers. No edge and spine wear! No ring wear! This wonderful cover must be grade as NEAR MINT (M-)! SUMMARY The album immediately gained a classic status with knowledgeable music fans and has since been referred to as “legendary†and become “most sought-after†by collectors!!! Summer break! This is the last auction until September.
