Issue : Rare Complete UK 1st Press
This is the rare 1st press of ‘Wings Over Amaerica' by Wings. This press is complete with the very earliest and rare YEX 963-1U / 964-1U / 965-2U / 966-1U / 967 - 1U / 968 - 1U matrix combination and the earliest heavy vinyl. The vinyl has the original printed inner sleeves, the original heavier paper poster and the earliest heavy card gatefold sleeve.
The records are in Near Mint condition. The vinyl is absolutely sensational. Every track gleams like new, the grooves have their original deep jet black gloss and the labels are immaculate. It looks like Record 2 may have been played once or twice but it doesnt look like the other 2 records have ever been played. They are fabulous.
The records are complete with the original card inner sleeves also in Near Mint condition. The three slightly different sleeves have solid edges with no splits or even feathering and the colours are perfect.
The poster is in Near Mint condition. Solid, with no edge wear and completely clean.
The heavy card sleeve is in Excellent condition. The colours are bold, the picture is extremely clear and the white is bright. The yellow text is sharp and the whole box style sleeve is solid. There is just the slightest edge and ring wear. The back is bright and the inside is like new. The heavy spine is firm with clear text.
