VERY RARE ORIGINAL 1979 PRESSING

Vinyl is almost perfect. The’s one small spindle mark on side – (as opposed to side +). Otherwise, the record looks unplayed.

Cover is a strong VG+ condition. No ring wear, split seams, stains, or rips. Upper right corner has a promo cut.   Very clean and fresh looking and printed on very thick 1979 cardboard.

Inner sleeve (with lyrics printed on the outside) has one corner bent (in the same fashion that inner sleeves often are). Otherwise it is completely intact and good looking.

Would there have been a Nirvana without the Wipers? I think not. Listen to this album and judge for yourself. (Nirvana covered both “D-7” and “Year Of The Rat” from this LP. Kurt was obviously listening very carefully.)

BTW, this album has recently been reissued on vinyl. Average retail price for the REISSUE is $23. The copy being offered today is an ORIGINAL and totally PUNK starting at 99 cents.  Think about it.

THE STORY OF THIS RECORD

For almost 21 years, We had a record store in Danbury, CT called TRASH AMERICAN STYLE.

In May of 2007 our landlord shafted all of us, and suddenly TRASH had no store. But our loss is your gain. Ever since May 2007, we’ve been sorting and organizing old stock and we’ve come across many many awesome records. They’d been sitting in the back room mostly untouched for DECADES. Some of these records were ordered new from labels and distributors and never bought by our customers or tucked away by lazy employees. Much of our stock also came from the customers who brought things in to sell nearly every day.  After being on the sales floor for a while, we’d sometimes have to clear them out to make room for more new records. We’d stick them in the back room where they sat (and sat). And now, here’s one of them. Just for you- if you move fast enough. Good luck!
