Description
Rare 1979 EMI Harvest Records, original UK pressing. The 3rd Wire album from their trailblazing late 70s trilogy, and easily the most experimental and eclectic of the 3; incredibly powerful sound on the original UK vinyl, miles better than any digital reissues.
No, this copy unfortunately does not have the bonus 7" EP the came with some of the 1st UK presses.
VPI cleaned and play tested, record in in strong VG+ condition, plays excellent. There is a bit of noticeable crackle/static noise for the first minute or less of "A Mutual Friend" (1st song Side 2), the rest of the record is very clean, almost near mint. There is also a name written on the vinyl labels (see photos). The cover is a strong VG+ as well, just a very little bit of light ring ware and browning of the white cover, still looks great for its age. Includes the thick rounded-corner inner sleeve with art and lyrics in near mint condition.
Packed and shipped with care. You can combine any records I am selling for a significant shipping discount. Thanks.
