Description
My eBay name is 'punky_music' and I'm a full-time record dealer since nearly 30 years
Punk classic from the glory year. Old eBay prices: £138 + £127 + £126 + £112 + £111. Words can not describe how good this British 3-tracker is. A real all-time classic from Maggie Thatcher country, the land of ugly Fish’n’Chips, great Pubs and loud little punk records. You are bidding on the debut 7” by WIRE. With the band is Robert GoToBed who was the ART ATTACKS drummer for a short time. Original first pressing, released on 'Harvest/EMI' records in 1977 (catalogue number HAR 5144). Without a doubt you can listen to three real classics which named ‘Mannequin’ / ‘Feeling Called Love’ and to the pogo stomper ‘1.2.X. U’. These tracks were produced by Mike Thorne who also produced most of WIRE's output for Harvest/EMI, as well as producing the SEX PISTOLS (when they were at EMI) including a remix of their first attempt at 'Anarchy In The UK' for their debut single. The sleeve shows a very soft ringwear impression and there is a number handwritten on top of the sleeve and labels otherwise the condition is:
Condition / Zustand: EX/EX (very clean, please read eBay description)
Postage & Packaging / Porto & Verpackung:
OUTSIDE GERMANY (all countries, same price for 1-3 singles): €6
DEUTSCHLAND für 1-3 Singles: €2,50 (Brief) oder €4,50 als Einschreibebrief (versichert)
Mailing / Versand: all records will be sent in plain white 7“ sleeves outside of the picture sleeves to avoid any seam splits (alle Platten werden in einer neutralen weißen 7“ Hülle außerhalb des Plattencovers verschickt, um Beschädigungen am Originalcover zu vermeiden). All records will be shipped in special record mailers. Two cardboard paddings (the best) will be used to avoid bending. Ebenso werden alle Platten entsprechend stabil in speziellen Schallplatten-Versandkartons mit zwei dicken Pappkartons verpackt.
Payment / Bezahlung: via PayPal. All orders outside Germany which exceed a value of €12 or £11 or $13 will only be sent by registered mail. This requires the buyer to pay an additional of €2,50 or £2.50 or $3.00. All winners from Italy must pay for registered mail. Good luck with your bids from Germany's record seller 'punky_music' (old name 'punkdealer')
