This is the UK 1st press of 'Wishbone Four' by Wishbone Ash. This rare 1st press has the essential black MCA label, the very earliest 1L/1L matrix, the original inner stereo inner sleeve and 1st Robert Stace gatefold sleeve. The record is complete with the rare original poster.
This record is in Excellent condition. The vinyl on each side has a sensational high gloss, with no whitening of the grooves at all, it looks fabulous. There are just a couple of the smallest marks and a few wispy hairlines on each side. On playing the sound is bold, rich and extremely clear. The label is completely clean. The black is solid and the silver text is sharp. There is no spindle wear, just a few light spider marks. The record is complete with the original stereo inner sleeve.
The poster is in superb, solid, Excellent condition.
The matt Robert Stace gatefold sleeve is in Very Good condition. The cover is solid, the image is unworn, although there is a little edge wear. The inside is very nice, the grey is bold and the pictures and text are clear. The back has a small scuff, the whole cover is very clean and the colours are still bold.
