Description

With Love (Pete Townshend album)

With Love Compilation album by various Released March 1976 Recorded UK Genre Rock Label

This gatefold LP has an attached 24 page booklet. With Love is a 1976 album featuring The Who's Pete Townshend and others that is dedicated to their spiritual mentor Meher Baba. The #003-76 is on the spine.

Other appearances and backup artists include Billy Nicholls, Steve Humphries, Ronnie Lane, Ron Wood, Bruce Rowland, Lol Benbow, Paul Wyld, Peter Hope-Evans (of Medicine Head), Peter Banks (ex-Yes), Sydney Foxx, among others.

I purchased this in 1976 direct from Meher Baba Information in Berkeley, CA.

The LP, cover and 24 page booklet are in absolute mint condition. The LP has been played only 1 time on a Thorens turntable in 1976 so that I could make a tape recording of the songs.

All the items I list are from my personal collection. Over the years I've acquired many music related pieces. The time has come to sell all the gems that I have acquired and kept in pristine condition over the years. Rather than keep these things unused in boxes or on shelves, I've realized that others could enjoy them and am offering them for sale.

I will ship internationally on request.

See my other listings and review the feedback from my buyers- there are many more items to come…it just takes time to list them all…

Please forward any questions.
