You are bidding for a MEGA RARE copy of 'With The Beatles'.  Why is it rarer than others? I hear you say. It has all four errors, two on the cover and two on the label, and is a VERY 1st PRESSING WITH 1N 1N matrix.
This is the VERY RARE very first issue-variation of this record with all errors!!!

The errors are:
LABEL 1. 'Jobete Mus' publishing for 'Money' 2. 'GOTTA' for GOT in 'You Really Got A Hold On Me'
Cover 3. First issue very dark black photo on sleeve, no detail on half of the faces. This was immediately changed for subsequent issues to lighter faces where all of the face can been seen, even though they are in shadow. This is in my opinion a much better photo and not so out of contrast. 4. 'GOTTA' instead of 'GOT' for 'You Really Got A Hold On Me'. Ironically The Tony Barrow sleeve notes spell this correctly.

I try to grade my records as accurately as possible and obviously want to give 100% satisfaction to my buyers. I have played and listened to this album on a ION Profile deck whilst converting it to itunes. I have graded using the Record Collector grading system as follows:

MINT: THE RECORD ITSELF IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH NO SURFACE  MARKS OR DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY. THE COVER AND ANY EXTRA ITEMS, ARE IN PERFECT CONDITION.

EXCELLENT: THE RECORD SHOWS SOME SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN PLAYED BUT THERE IS VERY LITTLE LESSENING IN SOUND QUALITY. THE COVER AND PACKAGING MAY HAVE SLIGHT WEAR AND/OR CREASING.

VERY GOOD: THE RECORD HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN PLAYED MANY TIMES BUT DISPLAYS NO MAJOR DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY, DESPITE  NOTICEABLE SURFACE MARKS AN OCCASIONAL LIGHT SCRATCH. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE COVER AND CONTENTS WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DEFECTS IS ACCEPTABLE.

GOOD: THE RECORD HAS BEEN PLAYED SO MUCH THAT THE SOUND QUALITY HAS NOTICEABLY DETERIORATED PERHAPS WITH SOME DISTORTION AND MILD SCRATCHES. THE COVER AND CONTENTS SUFFER FROM FOLDING, SCUFFED EDGES, SPINE SPLITS, DISCOLOURATION ETC.

The LP sits nice and flat on the turntable with no signs of warping.

COVER: VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT

Being nearly 50 years old the sleeve does show some signs of wear, however nothing at all drastic. It is still nice and clean with the flipback rear still white. There is a a tear of approx 3ins across Ringo's head, (see photo) which was sellotaped a number of years ago and still holds fast. There is also a small tear along the bottom right edge of about 1in long. Even with these minor blemishes this is still a brilliant cover for it's age.

The spine is fully intact, clear, clean and very readable, (see photo), and there is no writing on the cover.

INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT

The original inner EMITEX sleeve is still fully intact with NO splits, and its original poly inner liner. 

Label: VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT

Both sides have the initials MK written into the yellow £ circle. There are very little spindle marks and both labels are still lovely and dark with all writing being very clear.

SIDE 1: VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT

There are some surface marks and light inner sleeve removal scratches, however they DO NOT detract from the great audio quality of this album. Some surface noise between tracks and the run in however once again these DO NOT detract from the listening experience of this MEGA RARE copy.

SIDE 2: VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT

This is a great opportunity to own a MEGA RARE 1st PRESS COPY WITH ALL FOUR ERRORS  that still has great audio quality and a clean cover that has not been yellowed by smoke as they often are.
