Another from my personal collection of Beatles albums! I have accumilated over 1000 UK Beatles records alone over a period of more than 45 years! Here on offer is a superbe original mono copy of 'With The Beatles' This 47 year old vinyl amazingly has no audio sounding marks or scratches and sounds absolutely superbe! Very hard to find with this 4N matrix variation on both sides and in this condition! I have play tested the vinyl at very loud volume and importantly using a dedicated mono cartridge, prior to listing and this was near to faultless on my systems, it is obvious to me that this vinyl has had bare minimal play only and certainly not been overplayed like so many ! This is complete with the awesome original Garrod & Lofthouse flipback cover and original poly lined Emitex sleeve!! This is overall a very tidy copy to have in any ones collection, Very collectable and sought after !! 

The Beatles' second British album, recorded four months after the band's first album and released on 22 November 1963!.

The album features eight original compositions (including the first by George Harrison) and six covers, mostly of Motown and R&B hits. Most of the songs from the album were released in the United States on Meet the Beatles! on 20 January 1964!.

The LP had advance orders of a half million and sold another half million by September 1965 — making it the second album to sell a million copies in the UK (the first being the South Pacific soundtrack).

 'With The Beatles' stayed at the top of the charts for 21 weeks, displacing Please Please Me, so that the Beatles occupied the top spot for 51 consecutive weeks. It even reached number eleven in the "singles charts" (because at the time UK charts counted all records sold, regardless of format)!!.

This is an exceptional rarety 4N 4N Matrix endings!!!! The second album to be released in the UK by the Beatles in 1963. with the above  charactoristics in very exceptional condition for 47 years old!!!!!!

The vinyl.

This is of the thicker heavier and more robust type of vinyl with deeper grooves than the later pressings which were more flimsier THE VINYL LAYS PERFECTLY FLAT ON THE TURNTABLE!!!!!

On visual inspection the vinyl retains its original deep sheen from new!!!!looking under strong light there are very few surface marks (NO) audio sounding scratches or marks  that i heard at all!!!  These have little if (no) effect on the audio that i heard!!!!! I have played this through as usual track for track and  the audio was clear and vibrant in fact really superbe Graded at the top!!!!!!! I heard (no) clicks, pops ,jumps or skips during play also please note there was no background noise at all even between tracks this was exceptionaly quiet!!!! This is very very rare for an early Beatles 1963 pressing!!!!!

Please note! that although i never heard any problems with any pops (I would class myself as highly criticle)I always add this disclamer! please allow for the odd pop certainly not consistant during the audio!!! as this vinyl is the original and 44 years old and would have been played on a 44 year old system!!!!  top awesome audio through out ON ALL FREQUENCIES!!!  Audio was very near perfect on my systems!!

The labels (KT taxcodes!!!!) THESE ARE EXTREEMELY EARLY STAMPS

KT tax code is stamped in the middle of side1. (ONLY EARLY PRESS)!!!!! This features the Parlophone labels, ''recording 1st published..''  and ''Made in Great Britain'' (only 1st press) also ''The Parlophone Co....'' is featured around the label rim (only 1st Press) ''You Really gotta'' miss spelt on side 2.(only EARLY press) and was later corrected on later pressings very rare! Little if no spindle ware the hole is perfectly round! Very minimal spidering indeed. This has had only barte minimal play only and certasinly has not been overplayed!!

The record inner sleeve

This is the original ''emitex'' sleeve with ''important'' (only original press) There are no splits or tares although ther is some creasing aand staining with age. Please note! this is very fragile and is now stored seperately from the vinyl!!!!!

The cover

Another rarety to add to this album is the Garrod & Lofthouse printed laminated flipback cover!!!(in exceptional condition) super glossy appearence! There are (no) splits or tares! There is hardly any major storage ware to talk of.  The spine and edges are superbe and the writing ''The Beatles'' can clearly be seen (see Photo) the rear is exceptoionaly clean (these normaly become very grubby and stained) There is just a slight scuff at the rear seen if looked for and verty light ringware seen if angled to the light. This is exceptional with very very limited amount of surface laminate creases on the front only (see photo)  The cover holds the UNCORRECTED  spelling of the title track ''You really 'gotta' a hold on me'' A TRULY SUPERBE EXAMPLE! This must grade at least excellent in my opinion!

This album has been stored in a clear record protector which would be dispatched with the record!! FREE postage in the UK sent by recorded delivery!
