Description

For Auction - WMPS 68 Radio Station (Memphis) transcription/promotional record for Helena Rubinsteins hair spray which could be purchased at Lowensteins in Memphis. This is a 12-inch 33 1/3 RPM record being sold for display/collection purposes. These type of records were used by radio stations back in the early 50's to promote various items, and new models or features of various products."This particular record has three different "spots" for the hair spray and one longer spot with some gospel singing and a faith message. The record does play, sounds fair to good and visually grades VG/VG+. It does have some scratches. Please see pics for record label condition and other details for this 1953 single-sided advertising/promotional record. To be provided in a generic white paper sleeve. Please see my other transcription/promotional records I have listed.
