Here we have an extremely rare edition of the 1985 Library of Congress, Wonderful Inventions, Motion Pictures, Broadcasting sound at the Library of Congress, Edited by Iris Newsom. There is a 383 page book accompanied by a double 2 LP presentation. I was fortunate enough to acquire this wonderful item way back in 1985 and since then it has been shamefully stored away since then. Both the book, records and gate fold sleeve are in absolute mint condition, the records have never been played and the book has only been browsed through once. Great David Raksin chapter on working with Charlie Chaplin. The original cardboard packing case is also intact.
