Description
This is a 1st Press vinyl album of "WOODSTOCK - music from the original soundtrack and more". On the Red Plum Atlantic label and containing 3 12" vinyl records enclosed in a tri-fold picture sleeve. With Cat. No. 2663 001.
All 3 records are in Very Good condition visually with signs of previous play. There is a small name 'bill' written on the labels.
Record 1
Side 1 - 2 light clicks during Canned Heat 'Going up the Country'. A series of clicks during the stage announcements.
Side 2 - Plays Excellent. Light crackle during the quieter moments.
Record 2
Side 1 - Series of clicks during the spoken intro, however, as soon as the music starts these disappear. Series of light clicks during Joe Cockers ' I'll get by with a little help from my friends' but not overbearing.
Side 2 - A series of clicks during the stage announcements.
Record 3
Side 1 - Plays Excellent. Light crackle during the quieter moments.
Side 2 - A series of clicks towards the end of The Butterfield Blues Band 'Love March', however, the remainder is Excellent.
Outer tri-fold sleeve has no major damage whatsoever and is in Very Good Condition. There is minor scuffing from use and wear. The spine is strong and fully readable.
Nice copy of an iconic event and very collectable vinyl album.
I grade all of my records according to The Record Collector Magazines grading system.
I always test play my records on a Pro-Ject Debut Carbon Turntable with Ortofon cartridge stylus unless they are in near mint/ mint condition and appear unplayed but the description will state this. I don't sell records with deep scratches or marks that affect the sound quality and enjoyment.
All of our Vinyl is professionally cleaned using a Pro-Ject VC-S record cleaning machine.
The vinyl is then packaged in a protective anti static sleeve, the whole album placed into a protective outer plastic sleeve and then posted in a robust top of the range custom cardboard record mailer.
All items posted will require a signature to ensure safe delivery, regardless of stated postage costs. If shipping abroad this is in accordance with the Ebay Global Shipping Programme.
