Description

  • Woodstock "Two" is the second live album compilation from the legendary August 15-18, 1969 festival. This double-disc LP was issued in a triple gatefold cover on Cotillion Records in March 1971. It was a Top 10 hit and fills some of the missing gaps from the previous year's triple-disc set with the inclusion of performances by Melanie and Mountain.

  • This copy of (SD 2-400) is from the First Pressing and is in amazing condition considering it is over 50-years-old. The cover shows only minor edge and ring wear and is easily VG+. Please see the pictures. Both discs test played cleanly and are also VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. It was mastered by George Piros at Atlantic Studios in NYC and was pressed by Presswell Record Mfg. Co. in Ancona, NJ. The Side One dead wax is etched ST-CTN 71-2147H AT/GP PR.

  • In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve to hold the vinyl disc and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.

  • Free shipping is included in the special corrugated album mailer seen in the last picture.

  • This vintage 12" vinyl album has been sitting upright on a shelf in climate controlled storage for the past 50 years. It has not been played in decades other than a quick test spin for this sale which found no skips or obvious flaws. Like all used records it should be cleaned and wiped with an anti-static brush to minimize the occasional pops that are part of playing vinyl albums. Buyers should note that this is a well-cared for but used record and it will have some minor imperfections.
