Description

This is an offering of  a rare Northern Soul 45 rpm record by Wade Flemons, entitled "I Knew You When" and "That Other Place" issued in 1964 by Vee Jay Records #614.  It books for $300.00 in the price guide.  The A side, written by Joe South, is the same song that was a hit for Billy Joe Royal.  The flip side was written by Clint Ballard, Jr.  Disc is a stock copy, and the grade is VG+ to VG++, with no scratches.  Buyer to pay $3.00 for U.S. postage and mailer, more needed for international postage.  I allow for payment at pick-up.  Thanks for bidding, and God Bless!
