Description
Walrus s/t ( 1970 Deram UK Original Pressing. Front Laminated Cover. Stereo. SML1072 ). Here's something a bit special !. . . Super rare UK progressive rock that simply does not turn up any more as what few copies survive are locked away in vaults as investments. One of the very rarest in the Deram roster. This died a death on release and went downhill from there. But like so many of these lost gems it has been re-appraised over the years and now has become an extremely sought after example of the prog genre. First one I've had since the mid eighties. . Cream/red/black front laminated cover is in beautiful condition, lovely and clean with only very slight ringwear . Tiny spine creases ( one or two literally ), slight foxing at opening edge. That's it really. . No rubbing. Spine 100% readable and straight. No stains. No writing. Ex record reviewers copy has spent all of it's 43 years upright encased in a PVC bag locked away from sunlight. EX PLUS. Iconic red/white Deram labels have slight spindle lines but no writing or marks. EX. heavyweight vinyl lies flat and true on the turntable platter. Some fine hairlines from sleeve removal nothing that interferes with it's sonic quality. Fantastic audio experience. Beautiful sound quality. The disc has been looked at more that actually played I'm sure. EX. Gradings as per: Record Collector Grading System definitions,. All items fully guaranteed. All photos are of the record for sale. Dealer/collector since 1974. I post Worldwide however please do not pay until I've personally invoiced you if buying from outside the UK. any questions please get in touch. Thanks. Gordon.
