"War Of The Worlds" Jeff Wayne - Thunder Child / Canadian Orange & Brown 12"

	£		28
	$		37

Description

 Jeff Wayne

Thunder Child

Featuring Chris Thompson

This was an officially sanctioned and exclusively Canadian issue. However it was pressed without the knowledge of Jeff Wayne.

This orange and brown marble effect disc also featured a completely original, and unique, front cover picture (drawn by Paul Rivoche and designed by Dean Motter).  It is a most sought-after and rare TWOTW-related disc.

The scene depicted is that of a Martian Fighting Machine (seen face-on) destroying a factory and industrial area beneath it.

1978 Columbia Records Cat # 12C4-8316
