Description

'We Shall Overcome' Broadside Records BR 592. Recording of the Civil Rights March on Washington, August 28 1963. Bob Dylan sings a verse from 'Tbe Ballad of Medgar Evers'. Others appearing on the record are: Joan Baez, John F Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Marian Anderson, Odetta, Peter, Paul and Mary. Record in excellent condition. Cover shows slight sings of age, and there is some damage to the open edge. Cover is much less faded than appears in the picture, which is a flash photo. Very rare recording.
