Wedding Present 12" My Favourite Dress, REC 005 [Reception]. Test pressing from Mayking Records Ltd dated 19th January 1987 [19 JANV 1987 is what is actually stamped on the label]. Comes with no cover, just a paper sleeve. Plays at 45rpm. Pictures 3 & 4 show the matrix numbers. Also inscribed in the run off groove is MPO.

I have just played this from start to finish. Sonically excellent with a very punchy sound. There is a couple of small marks on the run in groove [side A] which extends by a few mm in to the beginning of the track, which causes a few clicks for about 10 secs. No jumps & no distortion. I think this may have only been played once or twice max. I do not know if the tracks on this test pressing are any different to the final release as I do not have a commercial copy of this 12".
