Seller's notes and policies:
1. The eBay First Commandment: Honor thy bid! Your bid is a legally binding contract. I take action accordingly against those who don't hold up their end. Be cool, don't be the one that makes me write a book about this in future listings, k? 2. I am not a professional eBay seller. I'm a fellow collector, probably just like you. I get it and I want to do right by my buyers. I've been around eBay as both a buyer and seller for more than 25 years, and collecting records for even longer! 3. I reuse and recycle mailers that were sent to me (only those in appropriate condition) to fulfill orders. If this is not acceptable, you should buy from someone else. 4. I ship to the continental 48 United States states only, via USPS Media Mail, insured (if the cost of this is more than the listed shipping fee, I'll pick up the overage). I will consider shipping to Alaska or Hawaii if the buyer pays any additional shipping price the post office imposes (if this applies to you, please message me indicating that you agree to this and I will lift the restriction on buyers from Alaska/Hawaii for this item for you). I do not ship internationally. If you wish to pay for faster/upgraded shipping, it can be arranged at buyer cost (if the high bidder/buyer wishes this option, please message me prior to remitting payment), but all shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service (i.e. no FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). If this is not acceptable, you should buy from someone else. 5. I am of the school of thought that "mint" is a hypothetical and unachievable grade. As such, I list this item as near mint even though it is brand new and sealed. "Presumed mint" is probably the most accurate way of putting it. 6. These policies are in effect regardless of whether the buyer takes the time to read them. Seller is not responsible for buyer skipping this section. 7. I do not retract bids or accept order cancelations under any circumstances. Be sure that you genuinely want the item before placing a bid. If there's any confusion about this, please reread item 1 of this list. 8. Unless specifically solicited on the listing page, I do not accept offers on my items. It's called the MINIMUM bid for a reason. :) 9. Handling time does not begin until payment has been received and cleared. I try to turn around items as quickly as possible, but life happens.
