Weezer (blue album) Geffen Records 424 629-1 Released May 1994 originally.  This is a Universal Music Group "vinyl re-release - mastered from the original tapes" as shown on the banner over the upper left corner.
Here is a unique rarity I managed to spot at my local Hot Topic store back in August 2004!  Weezer's blue album had been released on CD and tape when it first appeared in the spring of 1994, and what this listing offers is a European Union pressing that dates from roughly 2002, when UMG began doing limited releases of albums otherwise unavailable on LP in their original configurations.  So far as I know, that was the first vinyl version of the album to be released in any locality prior to more recent reissues and remasters.  This is a worthy title to own that's fun in a now-retro-'90s sort of way.
Record NM, as its sides are still completely free of wear and surface noise.  I am the only owner of this album, and have only played it roughly 4-5 times since buying it. Jacket VG++, due to two small spots of edgewear along the bottom seam along with some very minor creasing near the lower right.  Includes the original innersleeve (I've added the polyliner for the record itself visible in the photos) and a company insert advertising other albums available in vinyl as well.
