You are bidding on a SUPER RARE
Jean Michel Jarre: white Vinyl LP »Oxygene« from Dräger, Gatefold, super condition, MINT/NEAR MINT, almost unique
This is a collector's first class item, "Oxygene", the masterpiece of Jean Michel Jarre, was exclusively published for employees and major clients of the german company Dräger in 1977, manufactured in the quantity of 3000 copies. The special feature of the LP is its pure white vinyl with a blue label. The gatefold cover shows inside some text about gas measuring equipment of the Dräger plant in Lübeck and a text in praise of Jarre. Inner and outer cover are in excellent condition (no creases or wear, no major discoloration), as well as the disc shows no visible scratches and an unused label with a smooth clean plate hole. In this state, I would say: MINT to NEAR MINT. A unique rarity!
The label number is 76.44418-01. I have once purchased this LP and never played it, so I can give no statements about the sound quality. However, as described above, the engraving looks like fresh without any scratches.
