PAYPAL RULES FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
I understand that the majority of my international customers prefer to pay with paypal because of it's convenience. However under Paypal's current policy seller's who ship to a non verified U.S., Canadian, or UK shipping address are not protected under paypal seller protection against fraud. I can no longer shoulder the burden of risk created by there inadequate policies, so I have devised my own policy regarding this issue. Please note: As of September 15th 2005, I will NOT accept paypal payments that exceed $200.00 from non verified paypal members......hence this is the maximum risk I am willing to accept. However bidpay M.O. is available as an electronic payment alternative.
