Description

Westwood One Concert Hour KOOL & THE GANG Live New Orleans Vinyl LP RARE BC 85-A
Great condition sleeve and inserts. Includes an unsigned affidavit broadcast slip too.  The disc has a visible mark on Side A but apart from that this is great. Both sides play fine, it even includes the U.S. McDonalds & the U.S. Army radio adverts too, which are a bit of fun. Sleeve notes Budweiser The Concert Hour.  Only audio indicates the artist and concert, International Amphitheatre in New Orleans.  The broadcast date is probably 19 April 1985 but the show was recorded by Westwood on a different date.  The insert notes the USA For Africa promotion but has no mention on this show. The insert only notes the show in programming menu Kool & The Gang in The Concert Hour.
