Description
Prestige LP 7085, in glorious Hi Fi, is When Farmer Met Gryce, by leaders Art Farmer, and Gigi Gryce. Joining them are, Horace Silver, Percy Heath, & Kenny Clarke on side 1, and Freddie Redd, Addison Farmer, and Arthur Taylor on side 2. The tracks are;
Side 1 A Night at Troy's Blue Concept Stupendous-Lee Deltitnu
Side 2 Capri Blue Lights The Infant's Song Social Call
Pressing reads 446 W. 50th St N.Y.C. on the label. The run-off grooves read RVG with a sideways A on both sides. and PRLP-7095 A (or B). There is also a stamped AB on both sides. It has a flat edge, and the deep groove on both sides. Side B has a Not for Sale stamp across - just below the title. The same stamp is on the jacket sideways next to the opening on the back. The vinyl we're calling VG+ which is probably under grading. There are a few very minor visible marks, but it plays beautifully. Record is in VRP sleeve. We NEVER ship our LPs in the jacket. Jacket is laminated, and intact. The corners all have some wear, but all the spines are intact. The back is dirty from shelf wear, and yellowed.
