Description
This is the super-rare (1,300 pressed) White Stripes 7" single, issued as the December 2000 installment in the late, lamented Sub Pop Singles Club. It's an all-Captain Beefheart single, with "Party of Special Things to Do" on the A-side, and "China Pig" and "Ashtray Heart" on the B-side. Sub Pop 527, in the red-and-white swirl vinyl (as per the White Stripes color scheme). Unplayed but unsealed (Sub Pop 7"'s didn't come sealed), so call it NM. The cover is also NM; the Sub Pop Singles Club insert has been partially (but not fully) detached from the rest of the cover. Otherwise, this is a fine specimen of a very rare single that can only appreciate in value over time. PayPal preferred; money orders also accepted. Personal checks accepted, as a last resort, but only if (i) your feedback is impeccable, and (ii) you agree to wait for me to ship until your check has cleared. Shipping within the USA is $6.00 for USPS Priority Mail; First Class would be less, but I will ship this single that way only at your express request. I'd also recommend insurance on this disc, but that's up to you. (C'mon, it's worth the extra few bucks, as Priority Mail gets better, not to mention faster, treatment.) I'll ship worldwide, but it will cost you; we'll work out the details. Check out my other vinyl and CD auctions; I'll combine multiple item wins so you can save on shipping (within reason; I send box sets via Priority Mail only).
