Description
Earth Records, ELPS-1000, 1969. The Plaster Casters (female groupies) filled coffee cans with wet plaster and proceeded to make plaster casts of 60s rock stars' erect penises. (Apparently Jimi Hendrix thought it felt so good that he "had his way" with the coffee can, which called for a brand new batch from the girls.) This album was distilled from 12 hours of taped interviews with the Casters; has notes on the back reprinted from The Village VOICE, May 22, 1969; and is SEALED. Excellent hard news documentary.
