It's often said that if it's not broke, then don't fix it. But in this case a superb classic was remixed and the result was - another classic!
I remember the first time I heard this was when Soul Sam played it at the Whitby Soul weekender, the dancefloor was absolutely rammed and I've always seen it creating the same effect ever since.
The 1967 Motown Dancefloor smash, 'Ain't no mountain high enough' by Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell was subjected to a fantastic re-editing in 2009. This version is absolutely perfect for the dancefloors of today.
This is my a spare copy for sale.
I grade both sides visually and very conservatively as at least a VG+ (a small number of feint scratches visible under bright light). On my deck, it plays with an audio quality of at least VG+ See photos. I've taken these under the harshest light possible and shown the most visible of the slight marks. I have been very conservative with my grading. I have bought records from many dealers and private sellers in this kind of condition that have been graded as Ex / NM!
This is a rare chance to obtain an extremely indemand Soul dance record that guarantees a full dancefloor every time. This dancefloor magic sold out on pre-release due to huge demand. Of late, I've seen a couple of these selling on ebay auction for way over £200.
Postage is the standard recommended by ebay due to weight and to cover insurance for the anticipated final price.
