Wilburn Burchette "Opens the Seven Gates of Transcendental Conciousness" on Ebos records O.D. 0001 Stereo, 1972. I found this Gem in it's original shipping box, opened but the contents hadn't been removed or molested. The only flaw is on the front cover left side and center. The box appears to have been opened with a razor that made a very fine cut on the cover, did not go through the cardboard and is superficial approximately 5" (check out the picture, fine black horizontal line). Other than the razor cut, the record, cover and inner sleeve are new as when shipped ca.1973. Also, in Mint condition are an insert booklet with art by Caren Caraway (who also did the cover), a copy of the "Infinity Newsletter" monthly dated June 1973 with content regarding Metaphysics, Healing, Revelation, Flying Saucers, Reincarnation, etc. There is also another bonus...a bookmark that reads: Brad Steiger's Bookmark, "Understanding through reading, Peace through awareness". The original shipping box has an address label From Other Dimensions, Inc. Decorah Iowa.

Nice little time capsule with an awesome psychedelic record!

MINT (M)
The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The jacket and any extra items are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT (EX)
The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The jacket may have slight wear or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG)
The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Normal wear and tear on the jacket, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G)
The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have light pops and skips. The jacket may suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits or discoloration.
FAIR (F)
The record is playable but was not properly cared for and plays with extensive surface noise overriding sound and may skip considerably. The jacket may be torn, stained or defaced.
BAD (B)
The record is unplayable and probably broken and is only of use as a collection filler.

I stand behind every sale and will deal with issues on an individual basis.

I visually inspect the majority of the records I list on eBay so assume that the record description is from a visual inspection. If needed, I clean the record to better give a proper grading and I always grade on the "lower" end of the scale. I never "sugar-coat" a description...this doesn't work with records anyway.
