Notes: Relapse mail order exclusive in heavyweight tip-on jacket with textured lettering. Pressing was to be 400 units, according to Relapse Records they were shorted on the 400 units from GZ Media by an unconfirmed quantity, and there are less than 400 units in circulation.
Grade: VG+. Some very small marks near spine, see photos
