Wings Venus And Mars Yellow/Red Vinyl. Played once. Note - there is a small amount of surface noise on this - I bought two other copies and they were similar so perhaps not the best pressing ever. I say this because i am not interested in selling records without being totally clear about them. These McCartney coloured vinyl releases came with the vinyl inside the artworked inner sleeve in rather harsh paper/card. I suspect that insertion of the disc in the factory has the potential to cause slight damage. Apart from this the packaging etc are lovely - just stored away out of sunlight until now.
I actually think V&M is one of their best, and so have several copies. Personally if you want best SQ get the 2 lp Archive edition - it is the same mastering as this but a very good pressing. But, these red/yellow ones do look very lovely, and still sounds fab. If you have a good TT, try ‘letting go’ - deaf these days but what bass guitar!
I am a private enthusiast not a business, and my records, if used at all, have been played on a top spec Linn LP12. I am obsessive about record care, but increasingly deaf so selling some records to fund photographic interests.
I bought lots of records over the years, most just stored in Ikea Kallax with doors and not played.
Please note that I do not always show pictures of the discs. Nothing to hide - it’s simply that most of my LPs are mint, and the best way to keep them like that is to avoid handling them or placing them on a surface which may have grit, dust etc. If there are any defects that I notice, I do upload a picture.
First class post; if an LP sells for over £100, I will send special delivery and pay the difference myself.
