Plain generic paper cover inside a plastic sleeve
Vinyl - GOOD+. I have fully play-tested the record on both sides (1.8.2020).
The wear to the vinyl makes this Good+, but the sound is better than that.
The centre is still intact & attached.
As the photo shows there is writing on the WB side
