One Man And One Man Only / Lord Trenchard Appeals By Winston Churchill HMV Label. Cat. No. G.S. 35 - 36

Two record set of the Winston Churchill speech of 'One Man and One Man Only' across 3 sides and 'Lord Trenchard Appeals' on the 4th side and housed in the original sleeves. 
The labels state, 
"Speech broadcast by the Prime Minister the Rt. Hon. Winston Churchill M.P. December 23rd 1940.  (Private Record - Not For Sale)".  And, "Lord Trenchard Appeals On Behalf of The R.A.F. Benevolent Fund (Private Record - Not For Sale"
Each paper sleeve has and extensive text written by Alexander Duckham (of oil fame) who arranged the pressing of these records in aid of the RAF Benevolent Fund.

CONDITION Examined under a strong halogen lamp, there are just few very faint surface marks that are only visible with close scrutiny under the lamp.  The records also have a really good gloss.
All labels are clean and unmarked apart from very faint spindle trails.
The sleeves just suffer from some creasing .

GRADING GUIDE - IMPORTANT!

I visually examine all records under a strong 35w halogen lamp, which shows up ALL defects. 

I strictly grade my records according to the Rare Record Price Guide (RRPG), which, to me, means as follows:

MINT- Must be sealed 
NEAR MINT - Totally unmarked, no scratches, not even faint 'hairlines' / sleeve withdrawal marks or any other signs of having been played.
EXCELLENT - No scratches, just signs of having been played, such as the odd faint 'hairline' sleeve withdrawal mark that is barely visible under a strong lamp, or spindle trails on the label.
VERY GOOD - The first mild scratches have begun to appear, but only very, very few.
GOOD - More scratches than Very Good and more severe, but I am confident that the record will play through without skips or sticking and will still provide a good listening experience.
FAIR - The record may not play through properly with a chance of it jumping and / or it will play with significant background noise.
POOR - It definitely won't play without skipping or sticking.

Below Near Mint I will use plus or minus with a grade to highlight fine differences.

COVER GRADES

My cover grades are EXACTLY as stated in Record Collector magazine / RRPG. Therefore, if a cover is defaced, stained or torn it CANNOT grade better than FAIR. Likewise, if any part of the contents are missing it CANNOT grade better than POOR.
