Winston Wright - Moonlight Groover/ The Sensations - Everday Is Just A Holiday
(Trojan Records TR 7701 UK 7" Single 1969)
This is a 1969 UK 1st pressing 7" single. Unfortunately, this is a very heavily played copy. However, it is still just about playable albeit with heavy crackle and some clicks. It does not jump. This single came from a UK Reggae/ Ska DJ who operated in the 1960's & 1970's.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has textured paper Trojan labels. These have a 4 pronged centre. The record has 1st press TR+7701+A and TR+7701+B matrix numbers. These are machine stamped in the dead wax respectively. It comes with an original company plain white paper sleeve.

Vinyl: Unfortunately, as mentioned, this is a very heavily played copy. As stated, it came from a Reggae/ Ska Deejay from the 60's & 70's. They were played to death in the clubs & were not well taken care of. This was often the case back in the day. I guess this copy would be described as being pretty knackered! There is considerable surface wear. There are considerable light, mild, very mild or more moderate hairline surface marks. There is one hairline mark on the A-side that feels to the touch slightly. There are some light, mild or very mild clicks through most of the A-side. However, it is not too noticeable against the crackle. There is a much smaller hairline mark that feels to the touch slightly on the B-side too. There is mild, more moderate or moderate surface sleeve rubs, or surface rub marks, which can be seen under a strong light on some areas. Overall, this single is in Fair condition. The Labels are in Very Good+ condition & show mild to more moderate spindle wear. There is a small initial in pen on the A-side label.

The company plain paper sleeve is in Very Good++ condition. There is some light, mild or very mild ringwear & fading. There are no seam splits.
I have fully play tested this 7" single in its entirety & it is only just a playable copy. It plays Fair to Fair+ overall. There is some mild, more moderate or considerable crackle throughout both sides. The crackle is quite prominent - so please bear this in mind when bidding. However, it does play through without any jumps or skips. There are some mild, very mild or more moderate intermittent clicks throughout both sides. These are caused by the aforementioned hairline marks. They are more prominent on the B-side.
