Appart from this being a very rare item, and not many of these exist, it is also in really great condition, sleeve is flat and clean still has a nice shine to it, back is very clean also, corners have minor wear as does opening edge, few small creases on the front, spine has hardly any wear...still pinched top and bottom, inner sleeve has light creasing but is clean, the record has no deep marks or scratches...just a some whispy marks/hairlines under strong light has a couple of white marks on vinyl also, has a nice lustre and shine, the lables are both clean with only minor signs of being played. Really Nice condition.
It will be sent out in sturdy record mailer with stiffners and record out of sleeve in pvc sleeve to prevent any damage in the mail.
