THE BEATLES - 'WITH THE BEATLES'
This EXCELLENT UK 1st STEREO pressing dates from early 1964 and is on the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3045
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK....' text but have 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd...' worded rims.
The side 2 label includes 'Jobete Mus NCB.' credit for the song 'Money' & a 'KT' purchase tax code.
Matrix numbers: YEX 110-2 & YEX 111-2
Stamper codes: 2/RM & -/GT
Vinyl weight: 156g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with a scarce 'mid-sized' stereo front panel indicator.
As with the side 2 label, the rear track-listing bears the incorrect 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' spelling for track 3 on side 2.
Complete with its original rice-paper-lined 'Use Emitex..' inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT
Both are clean & bright with a tiny 5mm scratch on the side 1 label, spindle marks & slight wear around the side 2 centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces are extremely clean and retain all of their deep-gloss shine. Apart from a single 5mm scratch located on track 1, side 1, I could find no other surface marks or wear in strong daylight. Even closer examination beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp fails to reveals anything more than a few extremely faint inner-sleeve removal marks.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD +
Although this copy has been played many times, is free from any major audible audible faults. The sound quality generally is warm clear with just a few faint ticks on 'It Won't Be Long' (due to the aforementioned mark) and a little playwear audible on 'Money'. There are certainly no jumps, repeats or any other major audible distraction and still much to enjoy on this early pressing.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A respectable example of this rare cover variant which retains a clean, unyellowed front panel with just two faint 'thumbnails and a touch of storage rubbing on the high-gloss laminate. There is also some light corner & rear opening edge wear. The rear panel is clean & white with the only blemish being two small dates written in the lower right corner.
There is a 2cm stress to the upper seam but the spine is clean, unworn & fully worded.
