THE BEATLES - 'WITH THE BEATLES'
1963 UK *MONO* PRESSING LP
This superb conditioned 2nd MONO pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1206
Both labels omit the 'Sold in UK..' text but have 'Parlophone Co. Ltd..' rims.
The side 2 label publishing credit for 'Money' is 'Dominion. Belinda..'
No tax/price code is present in the centre of the either label.
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover with the 'You Really Gotta Hold On Me' spelling.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner-sleeve.
Matrix numbers: XEX 447-5N & XEX 448-5N

A pristine pair showing just a few faint spindle marks to each centre hole. A tiny section of the silver centre hole marks is still visible around the side 2 centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Immaculate 'as new' looking surfaces which retain all of their deep-gloss shines with no marks or blemishes visible in strong daylight. Close & careful inspection directly beneath my halogen desk lamp reveals just a few extremely faint lines from inner-sleeve removal but no scratches or mark whatsoever.
Play: NEAR MINT
This copy has been barely played and carefully stored since purchase. My single careful playcheck at volume revealed no groove/play wear whatsoever. The only audible blemish I could find was some slight background between tracks on side 1 which appears to be a common feature of most -5N pressings I have ever come across. Otherwise, all sounds 'as new'.
Cover
VERY GOOD +
A fine example of this easily worn cover which bears a bright an unscratched front panel laminate with just an inevitable faint disc impression but no 'thumbnails' or any other significant wear. All corners are clean & sharp and apart from a 2mm tear to the rear opening edge, there is little to fault here. The easily blemished rear panel is refreshingly clean & white with no fingermarks, writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are fully clean & intact and both seams and the spine are smooth, unstressed & undamaged.
Inner-sleeve
VERY GOOD
Some unavoidable creases from storage but no splits, tears or writing.
- Strict & grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.
- I carefully play every record I sell on a $5,000 Rega P9 turntable at volume and list all visual and audible faults.
- All the photos in this listing have been taken by myself and are of the actual items for sale.
- All records are professionally & securely in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
